What is your jewelry made of?

All our pieces are made from 316L surgical stainless steel — hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and made to keep its shine through everyday wear.

Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?

Yes. Our jewelry is water-resistant, so you can wear it in the shower, the sea, and the pool. To keep it looking its best, rinse it with fresh water and dry it from time to time.

Will it irritate sensitive skin?

316L surgical steel is hypoallergenic, which makes it a great choice for sensitive skin and everyday wear.

Can I create my own piece?

Absolutely. With Make it your own, you choose the chain and the charms or stones, and we assemble it for you. You can also send us your own design — if we can make it, we will. We work with laser cutting, 3D engraving, and custom coloring in our own workshop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through a secure checkout, as well as Perla Rosa gift cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over €25 within Cyprus and over €35 to Greece. See Shipping & returns for details.

Do you ship outside Cyprus and Greece?

Not yet — we currently ship within Cyprus and Greece. Email us if you'd like to know when we expand.

Do gift cards expire?

No — Perla Rosa gift cards have no expiry date.
