Returns & right of withdrawal

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

• Please contact us first at Contact with your order number.
• The jewellery must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned sealed and unworn.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, we cover the return shipping.
• We refund the amount paid for the item within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.

Exceptions: personalised pieces (Make It Your Own designs and engraved jewellery) are made to order and cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

For any question about your order, our team is always here to help.
