Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of perlarosaworld.com and the Perla Rosa mobile app, both operated by Perla Rosa Trading Ltd (Cyprus). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the items in your cart. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as Perla Rosa gift cards.

Shipping

We ship within Cyprus and Greece via BoxNow. Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping & returns page.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrect items, within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Personalized and "Make it your own" pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. See Shipping & returns for the full process.

Custom and made-to-order items

"Make it your own" and custom-designed pieces are produced specifically for you. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photos, product designs, text, and the Perla Rosa name and logo — belongs to Perla Rosa Trading Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.
